**Position**: Sales Representative

**Salary**: ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in the FMCG sector

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Distribution**:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage product distribution and ensure availability at retail outlets.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the market.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product placement and promotions.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**:Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Educate retailers and customers about product benefits and offers.
- **Reporting and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate records

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
