We are seeking a talented and creative Motion graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Ripple Walk Pvt Ltd. As a Motion Graphic Designer for our Pink Adrak brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and delivering compelling design solutions across various media. Your designs will enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive our marketing and communication strategies forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Animation**: Create visually compelling motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal communications.
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop motion graphics that align with project goals and brand standards.
- **Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize and plan animations.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create and edit animations.
- **Feedback Integration**: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure final deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on current design trends and motion graphics techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and previous work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools. Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and articulate ideas clearly.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
