**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and produce visually compelling motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, product videos, and promotional content.
- **Video Software Expertise**: Utilize industry-leading software such as **Adobe After Effects** and **Adobe Premiere Pro** to execute high-quality motion graphic projects from concept to final delivery.
- **Typography & Visual Effects**: Incorporate dynamic typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance motion graphics, ensuring the end product is both engaging and aligned with brand standards.
- **Responsive Design**: Adapt and optimize motion graphics for various screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless viewing across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the impact of video campaigns and bring unique visual storytelling to the brand.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, resources, and creative deliverables. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all motion graphic content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to align motion graphics with campaign strategies, messaging, and visual identity.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all motion graphic deliverables meet project specifications and exceed expectations.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience (2 to 5 years) working as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in the eCommerce or fashion industry.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong expertise in **Adobe After Effects**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, and other relevant motion graphic and video editing tools.
- **Design Aesthetic**: A keen eye for design, including understanding typography, animation, and visual storytelling. Ability to create visually appealing animations that align with the brand's identity.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative motion graphics that capture attention and elevate the visual experience.
- **Time Management**: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, delivering quality work on time.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring that all motion graphics and animations are polished and error-free.
