**TrueFan** is seeking a highly creative and talented **Motion Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and editing high-quality videos for our platform, ensuring they resonate with our audience and contribute to our branding efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Design**:

- Conceptualise, design, and create engaging motion graphics for videos, social media, and promotional content.
- Create animated elements such as title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce consistent and on-brand assets.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop video concepts and bring campaigns to life.
- Understand and interpret creative direction, audience insights, and campaign goals to deliver effective visual content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide innovative ideas and input on video production and animation.

**Technical Skills**:

- Stay updated with the latest motion graphics, video editing trends, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video editing and animation.
- Manage and organize video assets and maintain an efficient workflow for projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and compression standards.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for visual composition, typography, and color theory.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team and interpret creative briefs.
- **Attention to Detail**: A high level of precision and attention to detail in design and editing.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in producing content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of basic sound design and audio editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and video marketing strategies.
