Position: Motion Graphic Artist/ Video Specialist
Summary:
The Motion Graphic Artist is a creative professional responsible for designing and producing visually engaging animations, videos, and motion graphics that bring concepts, ideas, and stories to life. This role requires a combination of artistic talent, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of design principles and animation techniques. The Motion Graphic Artist collaborates with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling visual content for various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Concept Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for motion graphics projects.
- Interpret client briefs and project requirements to create visual solutions that align with the brand identity and message.
- **Design and Animation**:

- Create original and captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using various software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar programs.
- Utilize graphic design, typography, and layout skills to craft visually appealing and cohesive designs for animations and videos.
- **Storyboarding and Visualization**:

- Develop storyboards or animatics to plan and communicate the flow and timing of animation sequences.
- Visualize complex ideas and narratives into clear and concise animations.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including illustrators, video editors, and sound designers, to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into larger projects.

**Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and motion graphics and animation tools to maintain a high level of creativity and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or in a similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects.
- Proficient in using animation and compositing software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
- Ability to work creatively within project constraints, such as tight deadlines and budget limitations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to changes and willingness to learn new software and techniques as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
