**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** with strong expertise in **motion graphics and video editing**. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital platforms—ranging from static creatives and brand collateral to engaging motion graphics and short-form videos. If you're someone who can blend storytelling with design, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animated videos, and reels for digital campaigns and product storytelling.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and overall visual quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact creatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

**Requirements**:

- **3-4 years** of hands-on experience in **graphic design**, **motion graphics**, and **video editing**.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially:

- **Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro**:

- (Bonus: Adobe Animate, Audition, Figma, or Blender/Cinema4D)
- A good eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting visual styles as per campaign needs.
- A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic and motion work.
- Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills. **Nice to Have**:

- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation or interactive motion design.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels, performance creatives, or e-commerce assets.
