**Job Title**: NGO Coordinator
**Location**: Murlipura, Jaipur
**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 (+ incentives)

As an **NGO Coordinator**, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective coordination of activities across all elements of the organization in your region. You will supervise and oversee the work of the field staff, optimizing their productivity through management, leadership, and coaching techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination & Management**:

- Ensure smooth coordination of activities within the NGO across different projects and regions.
- Lead and supervise the field staff to meet organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between various departments and teams to ensure project alignment.
- **Supervision & Leadership**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of field staff, ensuring high levels of productivity.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to field teams through coaching and advising.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement management strategies to boost staff performance.
- **Project Monitoring**:

- Track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure they are completed within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s goals, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in problem-solving to address challenges that arise during project execution.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Regularly report to higher management on project developments, staff performance, and any challenges.
- Maintain records of field activities, budgets, and resources.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Liaise with community stakeholders and beneficiaries to ensure smooth project execution.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities and community leaders to enhance the NGO's outreach.
- **Resource Optimization**:

- Ensure proper allocation of resources and personnel to maximize efficiency.
- Develop strategies to improve the quality of service delivery in field operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a coordination or leadership role in an NGO or social sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
