**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of NGO programs and activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and community stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Supervise field staff, volunteers, and program facilitators to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and reports in accordance with donor and organizational guidelines.
- Organize events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and procedural standards.
- Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in NGOs or nonprofit project coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work with diverse communities and adapt to changing field conditions.
- Fluency in [local language] and English is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in donor communications and report writing.
- Knowledge of local community development issues and stakeholder landscape.
- Budgeting and financial oversight experience.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,780.15 - ₹38,743.98 per month
