**PROJECT - RAMAANYA TALENT SCHOLARSHIP EXAMNATION**

**Responsibilities**
- **Program Planning and Coordination**:
**Develop a comprehensive plan for the scholarship awareness program.**

**Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders to schedule awareness sessions and activities.**
- **Communication and Outreach**:
**Disseminate information about scholarship opportunities to students, parents, and teachers through various means (e.g., meetings, flyers, social media).**
- **Resource Provision**:
**Ensure access to online resources and guidance on how to navigate scholarship websites.**
- **Guidance and Support**:
**Conduct individual or group counseling sessions to help students and parents understand the benefits of scholarships.**
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:
**Monitor the progress of the awareness program and maintain records of student participation and feedback. Report to higher authorities on the results and effectiveness of the program and suggest improvements as needed.**

**Policy for getting monthly payment**

**1. Maintaining a register of daily work policy. (eg - details of school or coaching institutes)**

**2. Visiting two schools daily. (eg - middle school and high school)**

**3. Maintaining a register of details of 50 students from school daily (25 from one school and 25 from another school).**

**4. For payment of monthly field visit, you have to give details of at least 26 working days.**

**5. For full monthly payment month wise, you will be made based on the instructions given by the Foundation**
- **Collaboration and Networking**:
**Work with local government bodies, NGOs, and other educational institutions to expand the reach and impact of the scholarship awareness program.**
- **Follow-up and Evaluation**:

- **Motivation and Encouragement**:
**Motivate students to strive for academic excellence and take advantage of scholarship opportunities. Share information on the achievements of scholarship recipients to inspire other students.**
