**IT Project Coordinator**

**Location**: Andheri, Chakala

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **IT Project Coordinator**, or a skilled **software team member** with the potential to step into a project management role. This individual will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and overseeing software development projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within scope.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Planning**:

- Define project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Allocate resources effectively

**2. Leading**:

- Assist in assembling and guiding cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with developers, QA testers, designers, and other stakeholders

**3. Executing**:

- Monitor day-to-day project activities
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

**4. Monitoring**:

- Track progress using project management tools
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

**5. Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Provide updates and project reports as needed

**6. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Work closely with QA to validate releases

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
- **Project Management**: Experience or knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- **Leadership**: Ability to guide teams, manage tasks, and solve challenges effectively
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time efficiently
- **Problem-Solving**: Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master)
- Prior experience managing or assisting software projects

**Example Project Scenarios**:

- Coordinating a software upgrade or new feature rollout
- Supporting the implementation of an enterprise software system
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality-assured releases

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
