Job Description:

The Installation and Dismantling Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the

both the US and Indian teams to manage installation and dismantling processes, ensuring

timely and efficient delivery of services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with

excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Coordination:

- Plan and oversee the process installation and dismantling of exhibition setups,

ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise between US and Indian teams to align on project requirements and

deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, managing timelines to ensure on-time

completion.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with US and Indian teams, including Project managers, fabricators, and

logistic personnel, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular communication and updates between teams to resolve any issues

and ensure project alignment.

Quality Control:

- Closely to monitor installation and dismantling process of the projects, ensuring

compliance with quality standards.
- Address any issues or discrepancies, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and

other records.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to team lead I&D, highlighting

milestones, risks, and resolutions.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience in project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
