Guide and facilitate Agile ceremonies (i.e., daily standups, iteration planning, iteration review) and practices to ensure the team's adherence to the SAFe framework. 2. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help the Agile team understand and practice Agile principles effectively. 3. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-ordered and prioritized Team Backlog is consistently maintained and refined. 4. Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, both technical and non-technical, to ensure the team’s deliverables are not impeded. 5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, organizing iteration retrospectives and implementing action items for team growth. 6. Manage relevant metrics and agile tools (e.g., burndown charts, team velocity, kanban boards, etc.) to assess the team's deliverability performance and the effectiveness of Agile practices. 7. With the Product Owner, maintain open communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about the team's progress while ensuring the team is not encumbered by inquiries directly from stakeholders. 8. Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a harmonious agile team working environment. 9. Promote Agile principles and SAFe framework within the organization, advocating for a culture of agility, continuous learning, and self-organization. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline; Scrum Master certification of an agile framework required (preferably SAFe methodology).
