**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with java Development Background in an agile product team role - required
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in information technology (IT) industry
- Scrum Alliance (CSM), PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
- Experience using Jira and Confluence required
- Experience in a Financial institution (understanding of financial governance) preferred
- Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework Implementation (SAFe) - preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- Professional Scrum Master II(PSM-II), or Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or PMP preferred
