Roles and Responsibilities:

- Initial outreach - conduct intro calls and visits to quality and quantify leads.
- Gather info about industry trends
- Product knowledge is must while client facing
- Client relationship management. Maintaining good relationship with existing clients,
requirement to propose suitable fulfilment solutions
- Negotiation
- Engage in negotiations to close deals and address objections effectively.
- Customer Needs
- build good relationships with customers and know about their products and
having a deeper understanding of product/services to effectively address customer needs.
- Follow ups
- Reaching out to identified prospects and existing customers for further
engagement and alignment with Company
- Deliver tailored product offers to prospects
- Identify potential clients through network and research
