
Field Sales Representative

**Role Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires someone with a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market to drive sales growth in a designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to present our offerings and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer acquisition and retention.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a field sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
