Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Monitoring sales staff performance of selling goods or services to existing and potential clients 2.Seting sales targets for team and individual sellers 3.Receiving annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly reviews sales figures 4.Ensuring field sales team meets said sales objectives 5.Establishing techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency 6.Need to hold regular team meetings to share expectations, ideas, and best practices and reviews performance 7. Taking part in business meetings or calls when negotiating large contracts with major clients 8. Heads on-the-job training for new sales representatives Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in this industry 2.Excellent phone, in-person, and written communication skills 3.Knowledge of field sales software and CRM 4.Proven track record of field sales experience 5. Self-motivated with a desire for success

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad - 500013, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
