**Business Growth Expert**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Actively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- **Sales Process**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.
- **Territory Management**: Effectively manage assigned sales territories, planning and executing sales activities efficiently.
**Required Skills**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the Field sales Pharma, Food sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.
- **Time Management Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
