Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,548.07 - ₹33,435.49 per month
