Employment Type: Full-time

**Must have**:
Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders to analyze, define & document requirements, deliverables, set and manage expectations.

Managing requirement gathering sessions with a client or internal development teams.

Adept with requirement backlog grooming and with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Estimate Development efforts, Documentation efforts, Testing efforts, Create Test Plan, Project Plan, Define Use cases/User Stories, Test Cases, Draft Project Status Reports and Testing Reports for project consumption in word/excel/ppt documents or popular project management tools.

Perform Unit testing, Smoke Testing, SIT, UAT, Load testing, Security testing, Integration, Regression testing, etc. and End-to-End system testing independently as well as with team’s assistance.

Should be well-versed with preparing QA & BA documents and able to create templates for pr.

Must have demonstrated capabilities to showcase delivery of responsibilities assigned to a Salesforce BA which involves managing end-to-end project lifecycle right from requirement gathering to delivery.
