- Familiarity with **Agile methodologies**, sprint planning, and defect triage.
- Strong experience with **JIRA, TestRail**, or equivalent tools for defect tracking and test management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Perform **functional, integration, and regression testing** across Salesforce Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Case Routing, CTI integrations, and Agentforce.
- Validate end-to-end **business processes**, API integrations, and system workflows.
- Write, review, and execute **manual and automated test cases/scripts** based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with **developers, business analysts, and product owners** to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
- Document and track defects using **JIRA** and provide detailed bug reports.
- Manage test cases and results using **TestRail (or similar test management tools)**.
- Participate in **QA planning, strategy discussions, and release readiness reviews**.
- Ensure compliance with **quality standards and best practices** for Salesforce testing
