Summary

An exciting opportunity to join our fast growing consultancy business in a hybrid role of both resource and project co-ordination in the Consultancy part of the business.

Resource Co-Ordination
- Collaborates with managers of technical delivery resources in the deployment of resources in supported domain/time zone to make suggestions.
- Makes recommendations to business stakeholders on skill/accreditation adjustment to meet business demands. Seeks cross-group and leadership collaboration to guide team members on facilitating skill development.
- Hosts regular operational sync discussions with Operational team. Sets agenda and ensure actions are captured and documentation updated as appropriate. Raises issues to leadership where appropriate for action. Drives change management to inform and implement changes on process, tools, and business intelligence (BI), and maintains cross-time zone sync with peers to share best practices and time-zone specific issues and actions.
- Handles escalations and resolves complex staffing issues. Leads team members on resolving staffing issues. Establishes processes/practices that can be adopted across domains/time zones. Identifies escalation trends, and recommends and leads actions to address the trends/drivers of staffing issues.
- Progresses all active staffing requests within pre agreed SLAs. Analyzes SLA data and coaches others on efficiency to improve results and support compliance, and suggests changes to the leadership team to capture business scenarios accurately through metrics and SLA.
- Act as single point of contact for all resource requirements and escalations
- Manage and own skills tracker for all Consulting resources
- Ensure the resourcing tools are updated daily with all internal systems (Connect Wise)

Project Co-Ordination
- Co-ordinate the end-to-end delivery of small projects (Enablement engagements)
- Manage progress against the plan, resource plan and budget in line with business objectives
- Ensure customer understands their responsibilities to manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated or escalated as necessary
- Ensure appropriate compliance with the governance framework of enablement type engagements
- Implement communication plans to engage key stakeholders within and outside of the company to drive their sustained and active commitment to success
- Produce and maintain forecasts for all enablement engagements by tracking project budgets, actuals and invoices and accounting for the cause of any variances against forecasts
- Report any issues or risks within the engagements as they occur and ensure they are tracked

Relationship Development
- Engages with internal stakeholders to develop partnerships, leveraging broad technical expertise.
- Manage resource escalations across the business and if required back to the customer
- Engage with internal resources on a regular basis to understand workloads and future pipeline
- Collaborates with business teams (Management, Sales and Support) to ensure Consulting utilization performance meets target/forecast. Analyses utilization reports to draw insights from the results and guides others in the analysis. Recommends, prescribes, and leads programmatic efforts to improve utilization performance across the regions.
