**About the Role**:
The role is responsible for supporting the onboarding process by managing all administrative functions connected to the on-boarding process including
- Tracking and receiving all onboarding requests
- Initiating all pre-employment screening
- Updating the relevant systems

**SHIFT TIMINGS: UK Shift Timings**

**Responsibilities**:

- Escalating to Account teams where Right to Work check has failed as an in-person check may be required
- Checking credit and criminal components in real-time and flagging any adverse information to account teams
- Identifying any checks that require further client approval (e.g. international checks) and raising these with the relevant account team
- Checking discrepancies that could affect employment (e.g gross misconduct, poor references) and raising with the relevant account team
- Chasing the vendor for updates on components where the agreed timescale has passed
- Prompting account teams where they have packs at Ready to Review status
- Dealing with day-to-day queries from onsite teams
- Sending exceptions to Account Leads for approval either by the client or Lead
