**Job Title** - WordPress Intern

**Experience required** - 0 to 1 years

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field

**Stipend**: Unpaid

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
⦁ Assist in the development of WordPress websites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and content management.

⦁ Conduct research on WordPress trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute insights for website improvement.

⦁ Troubleshoot and debug PHP code to fix issues and enhance performance.

⦁ Assist in website optimization for performance, SEO, and user experience.

⦁ Stay updated on the latest WordPress updates, security patches, and industry standards.

⦁ Strong understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.

⦁ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.

⦁ Familiarity with responsive web design principles.

⦁ Prior experience with WordPress development (personal projects, freelance work, or internships) is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
⦁ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

⦁ Understanding of PHP, APIs framework like Laravel.

⦁ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

⦁ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

⦁ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
