**Role Overview**

As a **WordPress Designer Intern** at LawCrust, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts. You’ll collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring design ideas to life through WordPress, ensuring every design aligns with our brand aesthetics and user expectations.

This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, a good sense of layout design, and a passion for digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Web Design & Layout**
- Design responsive and engaging WordPress pages using Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders
- Customize themes and templates to match brand identity
- Collaborate with content teams for banner placements, infographics, and graphics integration

**UI/UX Improvement**
- Ensure intuitive navigation and accessibility across all devices
- Suggest improvements in user journey and visual hierarchy
- Implement typography, color schemes, and spacing that enhance user experience

**Content Integration**
- Upload and format content in line with SEO and readability guidelines
- Ensure all design elements are mobile-optimized and fast-loading
- Assist with blog formatting and landing page layouts

**Visual & Graphic Design**
- Create design assets like banners, icons, and CTAs for the website
- Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for mockups and visual edits
- Align all visual elements with brand consistency

**Troubleshooting & Testing**
- Identify and fix basic UI issues and formatting bugs
- Conduct design testing on different devices and browsers
- Support the tech team in minor design-related adjustments

**Who We're Looking For**

✔ Graduate or pursuing graduation in Web Design, IT, UI/UX, or related field
✔ Basic knowledge of WordPress, themes, and page builders
✔ Familiarity with design tools like Figma/Canva
✔ Creative mindset with attention to detail and layout aesthetics
✔ Good communication and collaborative skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple design tasks with deadlines
✔ Must have own laptop
