**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**Website Creation**: Design and develop multiple WordPress websites efficiently, adhering to project timelines and ensuring high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing designs.

**Optimize Website Performance**: Ensure websites load quickly and perform efficiently by optimizing images, code, and server configurations.

**Customization**:Customize themes, plugins, and other web elements to meet specific project requirements while maintaining performance and security standards.

**Responsive**:Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure error-free and cross-platform compatible websites.

**Website Analytics**:Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements.

**E-commerce Integration**: Design and develop e-commerce websites, incorporating payment gateways, product catalogs, and shopping cart functionality.

**Technology Experimentation**: Stay at the forefront of web design and development technologies like AI, Machine learning. Experiment with innovative tools and solutions to enhance our website creation workflow and user experience.

**Required Qualifications**

Degree in any discipline is preferred however if not, a good experience of atleast 1- 2 years in the relevant field can also be considered

Proven experience as a Wordpress Website Designer with a strong portfolio of previous work.

Must have knowledge and experience on Wordpress Plugins (Elementor/Jet Plugins/WooCommerce)

Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.

In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design,development and deployment)

Conduct website updates, backups, and migrations

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel.

Demonstrated broad problem solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Knowledge of implementing Marketing/Analytics tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Remarketing, etc.

Understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, meta tags, and keyword optimization.

Understanding of Design Aesthetics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra (required)
