We are looking at hiring an Executive - Academic Expert for Piano/Experienced Musicians with expertise in the domain of music education, excellent communication skills, and a flair for delighting students. A pianist who would love to impart the knowledge of Piano to students who can grasp the nuances of fine piano
playing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a Feedback loop between the students and multiple relevant stakeholders like Academics/L&D and QA/Product/Teacher Operations.
- Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that the role demands & develop an understanding of the learning styles and needs of

students.
- Strive to develop collaborative & constructive relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Maintain daily trackers and manage daily volumes as an Academic Expert with effectiveness
- Excellent Team player who is naturally curious about navigating a startup setting, flexible & comfortable with ambiguity.
- Extremely passionate about Piano as an instrument & should be able to promote its cognitive benefits for children & adults alike.
- Exceptionally good at presenting themself out there as an academic representative for Artium Academy with sheer confidence.
- Ability to gauge the needs of the student & accordingly suggest course levels/teachers for their skill & overall development.
- Should use effective communication skills to present information accurately and clearly.
- Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve stakeholders as required.
- Tenacious in the face of challenges & responsible for the impossible.
- Ability to display empathy towards a diverse set of stakeholders & strive to walk in their shoes.

**What You'll Need**:

- Good command over the instrument - Piano & Keyboard
- Strong knowledge of genres like - Blues, Jazz, R&B, Pop, Rock & Hindi Music
- Sight Reading knowledge is a must
- Prior experience in Online Music Teaching & a strong believer that music can be taught online
- Any other music education - Diploma/Degree/Certification from a well-known institute.
- Excellent product knowledge about Piano & its offering within Artium Academy.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
