What You BringEducation: Ph.D. preferred (or M.Sc./M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT, NIT, IISc).Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more STEM domains — Math, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology — with mastery across undergraduate and competitive exam levels (JEE Mains/Advanced).Experience: 7–10 years in teaching, research, or academic content development, plus 2+ years of team leadership experience.Communication: Exceptional clarity in both written and verbal communication.
