Product and Process Trainer

We are hiring several additional Product and Process Trainers who would be responsible for on boarding the employees in our sales, customer service and technical support teams who deal with our USA and International clients. The trainer will tailor specific training programs for employee growth, retainment and career path assistance.

The trainer will be delivering accent neutralization and communication skills training. He will develop and modify the training content based on the learners skillset to produce efficient post training results. He needs to have an experienced of TNA (Training Needs Analyses) to identify the training opportunities in different teams and deploy training sessions or content to fill the identified gaps in knowledge. He will be closely working with the Sales QA team to enhance and improve our existing staffs skill level and knowledge.

**ROLE/PURPOSE**:

- Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live classroom environment
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
- Prepare learning materials for programs
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees
- Research new teaching methods
- Attend education conferences
- Conduct accent neutralization and accent reduction training

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2-5 years’ experience as a Process Trainer
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional aptitude and analytical skills
- Must be a confident individual with professional and influential persona
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
