**Associate - IT - Job Description**

**Position Overview**:
As an Associate in the IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and systems essential for the organization's daily functions. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end-user computer systems, printers, conference hall IT hardware, CUG mobile devices, and EPABX systems. You will also be responsible for managing IT hardware ticketing through the HelpDesk system.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components for end-user computer systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot end-user computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage and maintain printers, ensuring their proper utilization and resolving any issues that arise.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
- Manage IT hardware ticketing through the HelpDesk system, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Maintain conference hall IT hardware to support seamless meetings and presentations.
- Manage CUG mobile devices, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Oversee EPABX system management, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Key Functional Responsibilities**:

- Hardware Installation and Configuration: Proficient in installing and configuring computer hardware components.
- Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Printer Maintenance: Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting printers to ensure uninterrupted printing services.
- Ticketing Management: Ability to manage IT hardware tickets effectively through a HelpDesk system, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Conference Hall Support: Capability to maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware in conference halls to facilitate smooth meetings and presentations.
- Mobile Device Management: Familiarity with CUG mobile device management, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and enforcing security policies.
- EPABX System Administration: Proficiency in managing EPABX systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Skill Sets Required**:

- Strong technical skills in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing IT hardware ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
- Good communication skills to interact with end-users and provide technical support.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with mobile device management and EPABX system administration is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in hardware maintenance and IT support are advantageous.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
