Entry Level Associate

As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various departments within the organization, gaining exposure to different areas of the business while contributing to day -to -day operations. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Provide support to team members in project coordination and execution. Conduct research and analysis to support decision -making processes. Assist with customer service inquiries and problem resolution. Collaborate with cross -functional teams on special projects and initiatives. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Prior internship or work experience in a professional setting is a plus. Adaptability to a fast -paced and changing environment.
