**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate clients and consumers. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics for various projects, including but not limited to print and digital media, marketing materials, websites, and brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually engaging designs.
- Design graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.

2. **Branding**:

- Work on creating and maintaining the visual identity of brands.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across different marketing channels.

3. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and web developers.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.

4. **Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency**:

- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.

5. **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library.

6. **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and clients.
- Present design proposals and rationale for design choices.

7. **Adaptability**:

- Adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Stay flexible and open to incorporating feedback into design revisions.

8. **Print and Production Knowledge**:

- Prepare designs for print production, understanding various printing processes and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design and UI/UX principles.
- Animation and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
