**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand their design requirements.
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
- Create visual concepts and execute designs according to briefs using graphic design software.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Test graphics across various media and adjust designs to improve clarity or design elements.
- Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.
- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure quality output of final designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong aesthetic skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.

**Work Environment**:
