**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control & Inspections**: Conduct Fit Sample, Initial, Inline, Midline, and Final inspections to ensure product quality meets buyer standards.
- **Process Adherence**: Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality checks at different production stages.
- **Defect Analysis & Reporting**: Identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and maintain quality reports.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the merchandising, production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
- **Testing & Compliance**: Ensure all products meet required specifications, including fabric quality, stitching, printing, and embellishments.
- **Vendor & Buyer Interaction**: Assist in third-party inspections and communicate quality requirements to vendors.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process improvements to minimize defects and rejections.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Experience**: 2-5 years in Quality Assurance within the home têxtile industry.
✔ **Technical Skills**: Understanding of fabric testing, AQL standards, and têxtile quality parameters.
✔ **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot defects and ensure high-quality production.
✔ **Communication**: Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external buyers/auditors.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹346,758.87 - ₹435,260.59 per year
