This hybrid position combines active sales responsibilities (50% of time) with quality assurance and training duties (50% of time). The role involves directly handling sales
calls while also maintaining and improving service quality standards across the sales and customer support teams through monitoring, evaluation, and training programs. Direct Sales (50% of Time)
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and leads to achieve personal sales targets
- Handle inbound sales opportunities and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
- Demonstrate best practices in sales calls for training purposes

Quality Assurance & Training (50% of Time)
- Conduct evaluations of other sales representatives' calls, customer service voice calls, and chat interactions
- Develop and maintain quality monitoring scorecards for sales and support channels
- Generate performance reports and analytics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Implement calibration sessions with team leaders
- Design and deliver sales and customer service training programs
- Create and update training materials, including sales scripts and role-play scenarios
- Conduct new hire training sessions and ongoing refresher courses

Process Improvement
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of new quality initiatives and best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative quality assurance methodologies
- Work with stakeholders to align quality standards with evolving business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
