Sales Manger

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **sales manager** with a strong track record in driving sales and leading high-performance teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership & Management**: Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing them with guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- **Training & Development**: Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Drive the team to generate quality leads, follow up on potential clients, and ensure high conversion rates.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
**Key Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- **Industry Expertise**: Must have experience in the insurance**, EdTech, or banking** industries.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong background in hardcore sales focusing on achieving and exceeding targets.
- **Leadership Skills**: Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- **Training Expertise**: Experience in conducting training sessions and developing sales talent.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
