Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at SURYA FUN CITY LTD, located in Chandigarh. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth and brand recognition for our Water Park, Amusement Park, and Luxurious Resort. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, executing marketing strategies, and driving business growth in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive strategies that increase sales and enhance brand awareness for the Water Park, Amusement Park, and Luxurious Resort.
- Managing and leading the sales team: Supervise the sales team to achieve target goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conducting market research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Identifying new business opportunities: Explore and develop new business avenues to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Planning promotional campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns and events to attract new customers and retain current visitors.
- Analyzing data: Review marketing and sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Building relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Developing marketing materials: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as digital content, print advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
