**Calling All Creative Masterminds: Join Lazy Fitness as a Content Strategist & Creator (Remote)**

**Do you have a knack for dreaming up engaging content? Are you a social media whiz who can spot trending formats on Instagram?**

Lazy Fitness is searching for a passionate and strategic **Content Strategist & Creator** to join our remote team In this exciting part-time position, you'll be the mastermind behind our captivating Instagram presence.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- Dive deep into the world of Instagram - you'll be our research detective, uncovering the types of content that are crushing it on the platform.
- Partner with the founder to decode the secret sauce of Lazy Fitness's brand and how our Instagram fits into the bigger marketing picture.
- Channel your inner idea machine You'll brainstorm content formats that tap into both what's hot on Instagram and what aligns with Lazy Fitness's goals.
- Take the founder's foundational ideas and transform them into a treasure trove of fresh content concepts.
- Craft a streamlined system for creating awesome content - think content calendar extraordinaire
- Orchestrate the entire content creation process - from brainstorming brilliant ideas to bringing them to life and hitting publish (with the support of our amazing video editor, Canva whiz, and other team members).
- Be the glue that keeps everything on track - you'll manage and coordinate with the editing team and other content creators to ensure deadlines are met.
- Put your grammar skills to the test - you'll proofread all text content, ensuring everything is polished and error-free.
- Breathe life into captions - you'll either write your own or take captions generated by AI and give them a human touch.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- **Thinks outside the box**: You're an idea factory, overflowing with creative concepts that resonate with our audience.
- **Is a social media guru**: You can navigate the ever-changing world of Instagram with ease, knowing what's trending and how to leverage it.
- **Has a way with words**: You possess excellent written communication skills, making you a pro at crafting compelling captions that are grammatically sound and engaging.
- **Can collaborate like a champ**: You thrive in a team environment and can work seamlessly with the video editor, Canva expert, and other content creators.

**Bonus points if**:

- You have experience creating content using generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini.
- You're familiar with tools like Canva or similar design platforms.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
