Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Generating Excel Spreadsheets.
- Data entry for Document Control (e.g. SOPs, TURs, NCMR, Complaints).
- Creating graphs and trending reports.
- Construct folders and databases.
- Scanning documents.
- Physical inventory checks.
- Perform database searches.
- Perform file audits assist in day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance Department.
Qualification: MHA, MBA
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
