**Salary**: 13,000-15,000

The role will be responsible for cross-checking and analysing transportation-related data, preparing updated reports, and ensuring accurate calculations related to vehicle usage and driver activity. This role involves collaboration with drivers, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to in-house software systems. Proficiency in computer usage, including Excel and Word, is essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Cross-Checking**:

- Review and validate data uploaded into relevant software systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that all transportation-related data aligns with operational expectations.
- **Analyse Meter Readings & Vehicle Usage**:

- Analyse data related to meter readings and kilometres driven by vehicles used for transportation.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, or areas requiring attention.
- **Prepare & Update Reports**:

- Generate and update periodic reports based on data received in software
- Present insights clearly to support decision-making processes.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Liaise with drivers to collect necessary data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Facilitate smooth and accurate calculations by supporting timely and efficient communication.
- **Software & Systems Adaptation**:

- Quickly learn and operate in-house software systems to support daily tasks.
- Check the data uploaded in the software.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong computational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience with data analysis or familiarity with data validation processes.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working in data analysis, logistics, or transportation industries.
- Familiarity with analysing transportation/vehicle-related data.
