**Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Warehouse & Production**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data related to goods receipt, stock transfers, and inventory movement.
- Record production data including raw material issues, finished goods output, and internal transfers.
- Update warehouse records and stock ledgers regularly.
- Support billing for school counters, retail shops, and customer orders.
- Assist with physical stock verification and update discrepancies.
- Generate basic reports on stock and production movement.
- Coordinate with the store manager and production supervisor for data accuracy.
- Occasionally assist in handling billing and cash transactions during peak periods.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Higher Secondary or Graduate; basic commerce background preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in data entry, preferably in warehouse or production environments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel or work off-site during seasonal operations.

**Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
