To accurately enter, verify, process and update patient, billing and claims-related data ensuring error-free submission and smooth revenue cycle management.

  1. Key Responsibilities

-Data Entry & Documentation

Enter patient demographics, admission details, diagnosis, procedure codes, billing details and supporting documentation accurately into respective software/portals.

Ensure timely uploading of all required documents.

Maintain daily logs of data entered, submissions made and pending items.

Coordinate with FO/BO teams to ensure all mandatory documents for claims are collected and digitized.

Assist in raising clarification requests and uploading additional documents in NMI cases.

Report discrepancies or missing documentation to the supervisor immediately.

Ensure compliance with company standards, guidelines and specific norms.

Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding work progress, challenges, or delays.

Maintain professional conduct with internal teams, clients and hospital personnel.

Maintain confidentiality as per company data protection standards.

  1. Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Typing speed with accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet daily timelines.

Discipline, punctuality and adherence to organizational values.

  1. Qualification & Experience

Minimum Education: Degree and above in any discipline.

Preferred: Candidates with training or experience in medical coding, or hospital billing.

Timely escalation of issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,500.00 per month
