Assembling, arranging, and getting ready papers, materials, and data for data input.
- Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials.
- Converting paper or voice recordings into digital documents.
- Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
- Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.
- Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.
- Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
- Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
- Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.
- **Organisational skills**: Data entry operators must have well-developed organisational skills. They are frequently in charge of transferring and updating information, and even minor mistakes can have an influence on the entire company.
- **Communication skills**: Data entry operators may need to speak with clients to update information, depending on the position. It is necessary to have the ability to obtain crucial information, communicate effectively with clients, and update records.
- **Project management skills**: The Data Entry operators will be better able to manage several projects at once with the use of project management skills. It may be necessary for a data entry clerk to switch projects quickly, thus maintaining accuracy is crucial.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
