Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.

Review and correct errors in the data entry process.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify information.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in IT or related fields are a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
