The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project, material, and client data in company systems. This role supports estimation, project management, and accounts teams by ensuring records are accurate, well-organized, and readily accessible for smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data related to projects, materials, suppliers, quotations, and client details in company software or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate digital records of drawings, BOQs, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Support the estimation team by entering cost data, material rates, and vendor quotations.
- Assist accounts team with entry of bills, vouchers, and expense records.
- Ensure all data is error-free, complete, and filed in the correct format.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by management.
- Handle confidential company information responsibly.
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and suppliers for data collection and entry.
- Perform regular backups and maintain data security.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma (Graduate preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles (experience in furniture/interior industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of ERP or project management software is an added advantage.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
