Bookwater Tech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic player in the FMCG industry, specializing in beverages. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated FMCG Retail Sales Lead to join our team in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in retail sales, particularly in the beverage segment, and are passionate about driving sales growth, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Chennai market.
- Focus on increasing market share and brand visibility in retail outlets.
- **Institutional Sales**:

- Identify and target institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes for bulk sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the institutional sector.
- **Client Acquisition and Retention**:

- Prospect and acquire new retail and institutional clients, while also nurturing existing relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and target new market segments.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Present findings to the sales and management teams to inform strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in FMCG retail sales, with a focus on the beverage segment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Chennai market and existing networks within the retail and institutional sectors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
