**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take food and drink orders, and offer recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cafe is clean and properly set before serving food and beverages to the customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with purchase staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of required food and beverate items to the Cafe.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing to customers.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the café.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- A positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
