We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Imperial

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Take orders**: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.

**2. Serve food and beverages**: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

**3. Provide customer service**: Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to their needs.

**4. Maintain tables**: Keep tables clean and set with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens.

**5. Handle payments**: Process payments and handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

**6. Work with team**: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service delivery.

**7. Maintain knowledge**:Stay up-to-date with menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.

**Requirements**:
**1. Experience**: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

**2. Communication skills**: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

**3. Attention to detail**: Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

**4. Physical stamina**:Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly.

**5. Knowledge**: Familiarity with multi-cuisine menu offerings and ingredients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
