We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable waitstaff to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving our delicious ice cream treats in a warm and welcoming environment. If you have a passion for food, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately record customer orders, including ice cream flavors, toppings, and special requests.
- Serve ice cream and other menu items to customers promptly and with care.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including wiping tables and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergen information.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers and co-workers.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next day.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- A passion for ice cream and providing excellent service.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
