**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering system.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and inform the manager on duty if necessary.
- Work with other staff as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; food safety training is a plus.
