Atleast 1 year Experience in Restaurant and Room Service.

Should be well groomed and calm in taking guest orders and recording orders to Chef.

Should be able to communicate with the Guest and coordinate with the Chef and Front Office

Should know how to speak in Malayalam and English, Hindi is an added advantage

Should know how to keep restaurant and work station clean

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter/ Server to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

· Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

· Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

· Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress required 1 year

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Friendly and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
